EvilEKo 2dbd7fa087 fix: popup menu device selector instead of NComboBox 
NComboBox is built for settings pages (label column, fixed-width
combo) and rendered broken in the tight panel. Use a header button
with NPopupContextMenu -- the pattern bar widgets already use --
with rescan as a menu entry.
